Why do advertisers advertise?

At Freedom Cups, we generate our profit from the advertising on bio-degradable coffee cups, therefore it is clear that advertisers are a fundamental stakeholder group in our enterprise. But the question that remains is whether advertising is a beneficial for the company. Below are some interesting facts about advertising.

More than $500 billion a year is spent on advertising worldwide.

  1. Advertising is a powerful means to reach the intended target audience but to effectively achieve this you may need to segment your intended target audience. Gorilla advertising could be one form of advertising that you may use to attain this. It is cheep and more interactive form of advertising.

    1. You are correct. Advertising is a powerful means to reach the intended target audience. That is why the basis of our organisation is based on advertising, because we see great potential in achieving our goals through it. For us, the target audience of our business is segmented into 2 groups. They are the advertisers themselves, coffee shops and coffee drinkers. And if you add up all these people and groups, you can see that we have a rather large market base and stakeholder group.
